MY SERVICES
This disclaimer relates to my Naturopathic Sessions. My Naturopathic Sessions provide a holistic treatment based on the information shared by the client to me during the consultation. Treatment might include lifestyle and dietary recommendations, herbal medicine prescription, flower essence prescription and/ or nutritional supplement prescription. The intention of my naturopathic sessions is to support clients with their health using naturopathic medicine and other holistic modalities.
MY RESPONSIBILITY
I am a qualified Naturopath with a Bachelor's Degree of Health Science (Naturopathy) and a member of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia. I abide by the Code of Conduct for Unregistered Health Professionals and practice within my scope of practice.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
As a client, I ask that you take full responsibility for your own safety. I encourage you to ask questions and give informed consent for any treatments I provide.
PROBLEMS
As a Naturopath I am qualified to support you with your health as a complementary medicine practitioner. A Naturopath is not a primary healthcare provider such as a General Practitioner. If any concerns should arise you should seek advice from a registered health professional.
SUITABILITY
My services are suitable for people who want support in reaching their health goals. This service is primarily intended to benefit people with their unique health matters.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
When booking for my service online, payment can be made by credit/ debit card.
PAYMENT PLANS
I currently offer payment plans to people who express their interest and suitability.
SECURITY POLICY
I accept online payments using the online payment platform Stripe, Square and Paypal. I don’t have access to your credit card, all card numbers are stored within Stripes, Squares and Paypals confidential security system. Shipping and Delivery
SHIPPING
The cost of shipping for physical goods from myself, such as Herbal Formulas and Nutritional Supplements will be calculated on a case by case method, dependent on weight. The cost of shipping from online dispensaries Vital.ly, The Natural Script and Ariya is calculated by these distributors and included in the cost of your prescription.
DELIVERY
My Naturopathic Services are delivered online and In-Person. My online Naturopathic Consultations take place over the phone and/ or via Telehealth. My online courses, worksheets and content are delivered online via email and/ or Simplero account.
Returns Policy
NATUROPATHIC SESSIONS
If you change your mind you may request a refund up to 48 hours before our booked session. After that time, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee as I have held that time open for you and begun preparing for our consultation.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
JURISDICTION
“Maddy Fulton” is located in NSW. This agreement is subject to the governing law of NSW.
NEGOTIATION
If you have any issue or complaint arising out of your use of this website or these terms and conditions, you and Maddy Fulton agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.
MEDIATION
If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, please access the complaints process provided by the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia: https://www.nhaa.org.au/public/feedback-complaints
LITIGATION
It is a condition precedent to the right of either party to commence litigation other than interlocutory relief that it has first offered to submit the dispute to mediation. Litigation is to be considered a last resort and may not be commenced until the complaint process is complete.
